Below are articles I came across this weekend, which were all about using your network to help you find your perfect career match. Job candidates are used to tailoring their resumes and cover letters to each job they apply for and telling employers what they bring to the table. These articles remind us that while that is great, it is equally important to find a company that is the right fit for you.
